I really like this book. It is full of great information for the areas in Oklahoma on Trees, Shrubs , vines, roses, perennials ornamental grass, bulbs and annuals. The pictures are great and the information is straight and to the point. Some plants that are featured the athour will add a little bit on personal experience with a plant in the same family. In the back of the book you will even find information on Beneficial Insects ( page 240) .

My copy of this book is dog eared, flagged, noted, and has been passed around to my friends when planning their landscapes. Very useful. I recommend it!

Great manual. Lots of pictures and sound suggestions. Author prefers organic means over traditional, which is an added bonus.
