Thomas Crane The Lonely Man: And The Cursed Mine

Rate this book
Thomas Crane was never really one for company. The man always worked best alone. Thomas was a rough sort who preferred the company of his horse and dog more than people. This innate nature of Thomas to stay away from the company of people usually caused him a lot of trouble. Oftentimes, Thomas even believed that he was more than a little cursed. After all, wasn't it written in the Good Book that “No man is an island?” Or that “the greatest love that a man could have was to die for his friends?” In both cases, and in others, Thomas often found himself at the complete and opposite end of things. After all, how could a man die for his friends, if he didn't even have any in the first place? That was Thomas Crane for you, and that was the curse that he had to carry for the rest of his life. Several stories have been told about the man. Who is to say, what is the truth from fiction? This is but one of the stories. This is the story of Thomas Crane getting a wife for himself.
