This book was easy to understand and very helpful. I liked that the reader was referred to seek expert advice for anything that appeared too complex for whatever reason -- no attempt to self-inflate the expertise of the authors. The book also pointed out a number of documents that will make things easier for planning purposes, as well as for those who have to sort out details after I've died. The copy I read was from a local library, so I am reluctant to load the included CD into my computer. Fortunately, there were examples of several forms in the book itself. I think it's a good starting point for anyone trying to plan their will.
