There are a few good ideas in this book, but they get lost the wordy style, dictatorial tone, and emphasis on fad diets. I think a good editor could turn this into a somewhat useful book.

The cover of the book I've borrowed is way more cheesy and the interior art style is very early 90s, but the book has some great advice.
