Good reference book. There were sections that didn't apply to me, such as cancer. None the less, very interesting, very informative, studies to back up claims, helpful tips but overall, it's the same advice we are all very aware of by now. Exercise, healthy diet, drink water, keep your brain active, etc...

Very interesting perspectives on multiple scientifically proven ways to deal with the effects of aging on the brain. Strategies include better nutrition, effects of exercise, memory aids and effective sleeping without medication.
