I love DK books! I wonder if sequined suits/Nudie suits were inspired by these "pearly king" outfits (covered in mother-of-pearl buttons) from late 1800s London street vendors? I bet so!

Great eye candy and advice about choosing buttons for your project

This is a great book for displaying tons of different types of buttons in full color detailed pictures and would be great for any collector to look through. It's simple to flip through just to look at all the different types of buttons and I seriously never knew there were so many different types until looking though this book... seriously.. I would definately recommend this book to any button collector to add to their library..
