Holly and her friends are placed in charge of a snow-covered camp in a mysterious location. When they locate the camp, they're surprised to find it empty, but it isn't long before people start to arrive.
At first, everything seems to be going smoothly, but when something outside their protective fence threatens the lives of everyone inside the camp, they quickly realize no one is going to help them. They are entirely alone.
The four of them must do whatever it takes to keep themselves alive before the entire camp is wiped out of existence.
Find out how it all ends in The Erased, the final book in The Island series!

This series started out really good, an easy read, good story. Even book two still held me. SPOIILERS COMING: But then book three Holly started having sex with all three men around her: JUDE, NATE and LUKE. She doesn't discriminate between the three, doesn't have any care that one of the others will come upon them, doesn't show more devotion to one than the other, except maybe Jude who actually says he loves her. The end seems to show what people will do to protect their families and how in this case it worked very well and all three are together forever in the same house. There was no discussion or anything about doing this and how it would work and how everyone felt. If there had been I could get with the program. Also, all this messing around and no birth control? No pregnancy?
So sorry to say Ioved the beginnings of this series but was confused about the last. I started out giving an all star review and a down to three. It did hold my attention and was a story I had to follow to the end. Give it a try, you might like it.
This book is by far the worst out of an already not so great series. The ending isn't an actual ending. So much stuff is left up in the air. I wouldn't recommend this series to anyone because of it.
Felt like i was reading a completely different story with the same character names. I loved the first 3 books in the series. Staying up all night to finish each. But this one just didn't make sense. Holly was so strong and brave in the first 3. In this book she was a whiny brat who fainted or almost fainted far too often. Questions weren't answered and i had to force myself to get through it.
