The material is as dry as a wandering desert dweller's backside, but the book (and the course through Rockwell Institute) is an incredible preparation tool for the Washington real estate broker exam.
I don't know how anybody passes this exam without a book like this.
To say I "really liked" this book isn't quite accurate. I give a 4-star purely on account of its usefulness. There is little textual pleasure to be had here.

Great coverage of materials. It's a textbook, so not much to say. But, better than others I have used.
