Apart from the ambitious title (of course it is difficult to explain Deep Learning and Neural Networks, yet not impossible), I think the book is not well structured in my humble opinion and it is containing lots of repetition for the same concepts (few times, also the same identical sentence...).

I read better books about the topic, anyway it is worth reading if you have some spare time.
