I passed the test. That should be enough of a review, yes? No. First, the practice tests that came with the book had some answers that were incorrectly keyed. This made me wonder if there were questions I answered incorrectly that the software did not catch as well. Not helpful! Also, the book assumes the reader strongly dislikes poetry. Also not helpful. Overall, I am glad I purchased the book. I also was helped by using online test prep materials.

This book was helpful, due to the practice tests on CD-ROM. But just reading the book, it seemed overkill. If you get this book, also purchase the CLEP review of Humanities by Comex Systems, Inc.
