Really easy to read and informative. Richard or "Rico" talks about very applicable concepts involving work culture and how to manage people in a stressful environment which is sales. He uses his own experiences and paints a picture for you and goes through his own internal thinking of why he handled a situation a certain way and what he learned from it. While this book is for sales managers, I think the information in this book is applicable to any person who is in charge of a team, small or large.
