Rate this book
Business executives differ in terms of decision making styles and need pattern of their behavior. It is seen that recently organizations have began to restructure the work processes around teams with members who may have different decision making styles and need patterns. Indian executives are usually said to make intuitive decision by listening to their inner voice or gut feeling; and they also differ in terms of their needs. It is an empirical study of Decision Making Style and Need Pattern as Predictors of Team Effectiveness. The paper describes the concepts of Decision-Making, Need Pattern and Team Effectiveness and is supported by literature review which suggests that no research has been carried out related to Decision Making Styles, Need Pattern and Team Effectiveness in the Indian Organizations. This study is a pioneering effort to investigate the relationship between these three variables together.
