Dark Destruction
In this new dark world, responsibility for others is a heavy burden.

Megan Wolford is used to handling her own problems, so being part of a makeshift family, and all the responsibilities that come with it, is a new experience. She’ll do anything to help protect her newfound love Wyatt and the lodge group—but sometimes events are out of her control…

When a leak in a nearby dam threatens to flood the land they’ve fought so hard to keep, Megan and her group will have to make a difficult choice: stay or leave? Stopping the flood will require all their resourcefulness, prepper ingenuity and effort—but leaving it will mean the blood lost protecting it was for nothing.

As Wyatt reveals the true hidden value of the lodge, they’ll be forced to dig in and build a set of flood defenses to divert the incoming torrent. But with the leak growing larger everyday the survival of the group is anything but guaranteed—and little do they know, a force more malevolent than Mother Nature is behind the deteriorating dam…

Dark Redemption
In a brutal world, sometimes forgiving yourself is the hardest part of survival…

Megan Wolford knows surviving this new post-EMP world means facing ever-changing threats. It has been months since Wyatt’s brother Jack was killed, and his newborn son shows signs of an illness no one at the lodge can cure. Megan blames herself for Jack’s death, so when the opportunity to help his son, Jack Jr., arrives in the form of a wounded US soldier guarding a mysterious box, she’ll do anything to redeem herself. The soldier is desperate to deliver the package to the National Recovery Unit, and Megan agrees to take on the mission in exchange for medical care for Jack Jr.

There’s just one problem: Mark Doyle, a ruthless former special ops soldier who would rather die than see the world return to what it was before the strike. Thriving in chaos, Doyle works for what’s left of the U.S. government to fuel his addiction to pain meds, but the last thing he wants is for the box to reach its destination. Delivery could signal the end of this now broken world.

Now, the group must battle their way through a ruined city filled with desperate gangs and scarce supplies to reach the NRU headquarters—all with a sick baby. But getting there will be just the beginning… they’ll soon discover the box contains a secret none of them bargained for.

Dark Revival
When lives are at stake, you can’t always rely on others—there are some things you have to do yourself.

Rushing back from the NRU, Megan, Wyatt and their party arrive to find anything but a warm welcome. Their home has been compromised by rogue soldier Neil Spraggat and a small army of men who are using the lodge as a base for a deadly operation. To make matters worse, during the takeover of the lodge Megan’s daughter Caitlin and Wyatt’s mother Rosie were forced to hide in the root cellar to avoid capture.

The remaining members of the lodge reconvene at an old hunting cabin to hatch a rescue plan, knowing time is of the essence. With limited resources and manpower, they must face a highly trained, elite military force—but Spraggat’s agenda is far darker than any of them could have imagined.

With the lives of her beloved daughter and newfound family hanging in the balance, Megan will only be able to rely on herself as the final step in America’s demise begins...

Grace Hamilton is the prepper pen-name for a bad-ass, survivalist momma-bear of four kids, and wife to a wonderful husband. After being stuck in a mountain cabin for six days following a flash flood, she decided she never wanted to feel so powerless or have to send her kids to bed hungry again. Now she lives the prepper lifestyle and knows that if SHTF or TEOTWAWKI happens, she’ll be ready to help protect and provide for her family.

Combine this survivalist mentality with a vivid imagination (as well as a slightly unhealthy day dreaming habit) and you get a prepper fiction author. Grace spends her days thinking about the worst possible survival situations that a person could be thrown into, then throwing her characters into these nightmares while trying to figure out "What SHOULD you do in this situation?"

It’s her wish that through her characters, you will get to experience what life will be like and essentially learn from their mistakes and experiences.

The box set contains books four through six in the series, including, Dark Destruction, Dark Redemption, and Dark Revival. I cannot believe how stupid some people are. Or maybe it’s the author that would put something so stupid in the story and expect us to swallow it. Three grown men with guns catch a man in the act of attempting to blow up the dam. They chase him off, shoot him in the leg, and then go back to their lodge to discuss it. What!?! If they don’t go after that guy to question and/or eliminate him then perhaps they don’t deserve to survive. It would be nature weeding out the incompetent. lol…I know it’s a story, but it truly feels frustrating when a reader encounters these things. Grr... Our intrepid survivors continue to work on their lodge, the longhouse, and the surrounding area to increase their survivability. On a brighter note, three chickens are found! On an uglier note, there are Russians afoot. Why are they here and what are they up to? The amount of survivor and/or prepper information shared throughout the story is amazing. The amount of comradery and affection shared between survivors is heart-warming. Megan has some serious self-persecution issues; she goes throughout the story feeling responsible for every event while believing every death is her fault. It is surprising that the poor woman survives each episode without some sort of mental breakdown. Little JJ, Jack and Willow’s baby, is one such episode. The Russians have been maneuvering stealthily with their intentions still undisclosed. Their account will be revealed in book six. I enjoyed the story quite a bit. The volumes were full of useful information and the characters were wonderful, simply wonderful. Highly recommended, especially if you can get the box sets. Audible:I absolutely loved this series and am sad to see it end. This is the last three books.
Book 4 Dark Destruction:
We find the lodge dwellers with a dam dilemma. If they blow it up,it may save the lodge and dyke, but no one knows for sure.Megan ,of course, blames herself for every thing that goes wrong.
bk 5 Dark Redemption:
This book is all about Megans blaming herself for deaths of friends that really she had no part in.Well, maybe a part, but not directly. We are running through pharmacies and fighting bandits for medicine for Willows sick baby.
Dk Revival
It all comes together. We lose more friends, but find that life goes on.
Andrew Tell is an amazing narrator. He can do both men and womens voices superbly.

Thrilling series!

Survival in a time that tests every skill you have, and tests your will to trust others in time of need. Some things Megan did was just stupid, and most women are not the idiot in the real world, however, at times, she made up for her shortcomings. Great series!

Megan did redeem herself

I really didn’t like Megan in the first 3 books, but she became a more mature woman in the last three books.
