It's hilarious. Most of what's in the cookbook is something I'd never make, but it's a fine period piece for the 1970's bachelor who wants to be able to pull off some mildly impressive dishes for a date, using only basic skills and ingredients. Frankly, I got the hardback just so I could frame the very "Three's Company" wraparound cover.
