The book that I read is The Leadership Playbook by Jamy Bechler. The overall Theme of the book is Leadership and how much one person can make an impact on the team. My favorite Leader was Jackie Robinson because he was a great leader and a very hard worker (explain more details here about the main character) . I would recommend this book as the plot is how much one person can make an impact on the team. My overall favorite part about the book was how many amazing leaders there are. This book keeps the reader highly/Somewhat engaged due to teaching how to become an amazing leader on and off the field. I would/would not recommend this book because I would recommend this book to athletes and hard workers . This book will help and motivate people to become better leaders and hard workers on and off the field.

Does the heavy work for you

He took a ton of information from other books and examples of quality leadership and put it in one area that is super easy to read. I would strongly suggest if you are a coach, you share as much of this with your team as possible, if you are a parent, allow your children to read it or talk to them about the things Jamy talks about. It was a fantastic book. Why 4 stars then? It honestly was difficult to get past the typos and grammatical errors. I know that sounds stupid and you should without a doubt still read the book, but I was finding myself having to go back a lot to make sure I understood what was actually meant. Great book otherwise, would strongly recommend.

I read this in a day. Outstanding book for coaches, but even more so, for athletes. Great perspective on what it is to be a leader and how to develop leadership skills.
