This has wonderfully drawn cards, all beautiful and well done, the size of an average woman's hands, so they are a handful. The reason I gave it middle of the road scoring, is because the book that comes with it, did not bother putting the reverse on the minor cards.

"Since the major arcana are more significant in a spread, it is only those cards that have their reverse meanings expanded upon in this book". Since this is essentially a starter or "gift set", they should have included it. The booklet is as large as the cards, so slightly smaller hand writing or slightly smaller pictures to make room for the text, would have sufficed. Instead, we have to look elsewhere and we should not have to.

When Star Trek: The Next Generation Tarot card set, which is 1/3 the size or even smaller, can have the reverse included for all cards, there is no excuse why this can not.

In the end, I recommend the pack for those who just want great imaginative drawings and vibrant pictures or who already know the ins and outs of Tarot. But not truly for someone just starting out, as not all the info is there and could have easily been included.

5* for the awesome art work. 3* for the less than stellar execution, of not providing the essentials of basic info.
