There is no doubt that the Va Va Voom 10-Day Energy Diet will work to bring back your energy....IF you can stay on it. If you're like me, you'll be off the bandwagon within a day because there are no allowances for bread, dairy, chocolate, or sugar. I would say that this diet plan is like most others: eat fruits and vegetables, lean meat, healthy oils, nuts, seeds, and fish. A couple things that are different about this book are the in-depth sections on macro and micro nutrients and the Wellbeing Wheels towards the back where you choose a couple of healthy habits. A good half of the book contains menus and recipes, which I thought looked mediocre.
