We are in the midst of an Agile transformation in my organization, and we have a few business units that have a negative view of the change. This book is great for establishing the principles of Scrum while taking it out of the context of day-to-day business. The book is not going to be a prescriptive look at how to DO Scrum, but really helps with the 'why.'

It really got me thinking.
For instance, the things and people needed to have a smooth delivery in creating a team and getting the task done successfully.
