A Gift From Nate

I wrote this story for many reasons, one was we lived through this experience, so it is a healing process. Secondly, was to give the reader as much information in one spot as possible. Hopefully this will be helpful for people getting ready to go through the transplant procedure. Maybe this will answer some of their questions.
