With Summer Quarter being so short as well as a teacher that just can not stay on track, I only got through chapters 1-3 & 6-8. The instructor that I had for my Business Math class was pretty useless and I wish I would have just taken this class online. My boyfriend and my brother, with the help of this book, helped me learned what I need for the class. The book was very helpful due to the fact that it broke everything down in the simplest terms and showed multiple ways to work a problem. I have always had a big problem with math as I always had the kind of teachers that demanded that you show your work and only work a problem the way that they showed the class. Correct answer be damn, the process was always more important to them, so I was quite nervous starting a college course with my math skills, but this book was a life-saver.
