William Lowe Boyd is Batschelet Chair Professor of Educational Administration and Professor-in-Charge of Graduate Programs in Educational Administration at Pennsylvania State University. Specializing in education policy and politics, he has published over 120 articles and coedited twelve books. He has been a visiting scholar at seven universities abroad and has served as president of the Politics of Education Association and as an officer of the American Educational Research Association.
