Second book in this series. I bought it and book three immediately after finishing book one. Abby Lorraine and Simon are on the hunt again - this time to solve a puzzle. Find the missing chalice. The puzzles were interesting and Abby is a delightful sleuth. Good to see a little romance come into her life too. I don’t want to give any spoilers but the story in a way was rather sad. Abby has great empathy with other people and I’m looking forward to seeing how she develops in book three which I’m going to start reading now.

Another celebration
I think this was an interesting book in the series because it not only celebrates being together, love, but also a reconciliation, and finally the need to listen to people. I loved the hieroglyphics and the clues and while Abby made great on people’s nerves she’s coming under her own. Sometimes it’s not always about stepping forward. It’s about accepting.

Sacred Silver book 3
A bejeweled chalice is missing. The person that took it was upset about the way the church was acting. Susan Reiss writes wonderful books. Mystery, murder and love.

While “Sacred Silver” is book two in the Silver Mystery series, it does stand alone, although reading the first book might be in one’s best interest.

Amateurish - poorly written and poorly edited. Won't read another.
