Excellent concise summary of PM strategy techniques. For me this was a nice combination of things I've tried and new ways of approaching work. I can see myself checking back on some of the summaries in the future.

A good introduction to product management for a non-product manager. I think even for experienced product managers this could be a good refresher and include some newer methods for analyzing and supporting a product.

Good summary of various frameworks

The book contains a lot of good frameworks for analyzing products, markets and strategies. Not a deep dive but good to have as a reference.
