This book is an absolute game-changer. It will open doors for personal development that you didn't even know existed. Sunström offers an extensive review of the basic biological and psychological principles that causes pretty much all of our shortcomings and suffering, while also walking us through practical steps we can take on a daily basis to experience profound personal growth.

An absolute must-read.

This book is the most motivating self-help I've read to date. It's full of unusual perspectives that are both hard to accept and rooted in fact. I'd recommend it to anyone and it deserves to be way more popular.

I must say that this book gave me some interesting perspectives on how our body functions and what pitfalls to avoid in your everyday life and how to strive to improve yourself. Ludvig has some unique insights that he openly shares with the reader and brings interesting opinions on how our society could potentially be mismatched inherently by biology and has lead to the creation of crappy reward-systems. Ludvig is a preacher of higher order thinking and a big believer in metacognitive thinking, which I do think more, people should aim to implement. All and all I learned a lot.

I highly recommend this book. As it will be one of those books, you read and reread over and over again.
