I read this book in the 1990s. It is still on my bookshelf and it is still one of my all-time favorites. This book gives you insight into mental performance in a way that is simple and clearly communicated. By using these principles, you will be able to achieve at a higher level of performance as an athlete OR a professional in whatever your calling.
