Quite a variety in this book. Many famous authors are included, as well as some that may have been famous, but I’m unfamiliar with. Virtually all of the stories involve redemption or are embellishing the Bible nativity story. I can’t name a favorite. I used them as bedtime stories and it took me almost a year to get through them.
Book is free from Gutenberg.org. The Greatest Christmas Stories of all Time includes the same stories with only a very few differences.
I recommend it. Especially if you want to read some Christmas stories with meaning, or that involve spiritual growth.

Recommended. This is a large book of short stories and takes a long time to read. My favorite is Oscar Wilde’s “The Selfish Giant.”
