I was looking for a different book but I got sidetracked by this title. It intrigued me enough to listen to the Audible preview, and then I was intrigued enough to buy the book. I'm impressed with it! The advice is targeted and succinct, though it covers over 60 topics, each with its own chapter. Despite the large number of chapters, the book is short. The audiobook was about 75 minutes. I highly recommend it. Anyone could get at least one good tip that applies to their life from this book.
Easy read that provides some thought provoking questions to ask oneself. I highly recommend reading with a journal in hand and spending time pondering the questions that are presented so as to answer them from your true self and not superfluous answers that you feel are “expected” of you. The idea is to find and explore you and who and what you want to be and do.
