At this briefing, the Associate Administrator and Program Director 1) an overview and status of the Shuttle program; 2) principles to be followed in restructuring the progam; 3) a status of the implementation of restructuring; 4) principles for contract consolidation to a single prime contract; 5) the planned approach for contract consolidation; and, 6) a discussion of transition from the current structure to a single prime contract.
