About the author

Robert West Howard began his career as a reporter for the New York Telegram. After a period as assistant new York State Director of the Federal Writers Project, he became associate editor of the Farm Journal and editor-in-chief of Pathfinder Magazine.

Not much above High School level. But not a bad read.
He seems to cover all the basics.
He even made some good points about Artificial Intelligence. Which is surprising for 1991!
Almost everyone was thinking about it the wrong way back then.
