This is not a revolutionary book, but it gives you an amazing summary on how experimentation can be approached in software development. Its short, its clear, its clean, its easy to understand. If you are looking for a place to start with hypotheses or experimentation or lean, read it. If you have already read a lot about it, but started to lose track, read it too.
