Read this book in 2023, so it's a bit outdated, but the exercise and breathing techniques are still relevant.

I reread this one frequently as a generl health maintenance book. Talks about general health and how to stay out of hospitals and avoid all the western lifestyle diseases (heart disease, diabetes, cancers, etc).
