The Jewish Problem: Its Solution, or Israel's Present and Future

Excerpt from The Jewish Its Solution, or Israel's Present and Future

At my earnest entreaty, Mr. Baron wrote out one of his best Bible addresses for publication, and it is herewith put into printed form. It lacks only the personal presence of its author to make it a perfect reproduction of one of the most charming and effective addresses I ever heard. It is not too much to say that, to understand this address and to grasp its great expository argument, is to get the key to all Scriptures pertaining to the past, present, or future, of God's ancient people. This little brochure is called the Jewish Problem it deserves to be called the Problem Solved - for it is the solution of the historic and prophetic enigma.

I commend it to every candid student of the Word of God, and especially to all who pray for the restoration of Israel.

An Amazing Work!

David Baron, just though a simple and logical reading of the prophecies concerning the regathering of the Jewish people to the Land, had written an important prophetic reality that can't be over looked! Astounding that this was written nearly 100 years before 1948!

The subtitle of "The Jewish Problem, its Solution" is "Israel's Present and Future". The present was 1890. About this time, a Jewish return to the Holy Land from the "four corners of the earth" to which they had been scattered was commencing, an "aliyah". David Baron knew this return was a "fait accompli" in the early stages, certain to occur because God, in His Word, had foreordained it.
This regathering would prove to be both blessing and curse, return to the Holy Land, but yet another holocaust awaits. We see in Zechariah and elsewhere that this most hated people must pass through the fires of hell yet again as this current age is drawing to a close.
But just as it appears that Israel is to be utterly consumed, once again, according to the Word of God, her Deliverer, and ours returns. It is a redemption both physical and spiritual. At long last, Israel is to recognize her Messiah, at the very close of the age, as Jesus returns. "And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of compassion and supplication so that, when they look on him whom they have pierced, they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for an only child, and weep bitterly over him, as one weeps over a first-born."
