I was a 26 y/o college student at Armstrong Atlantic State University, as a theater major. Went to school for a while before, dropped out, tried to go back, dropped out.. Not much to say other than the fact that I'm a laid back guy, and the only drama I like is the kind that's on the stage.
If I act like an idiot, or do anything to offend you, chances are it is not intentional, and I'm being oblivious. In that case, hit me upside the head, and tell me, because I don't catch subtle hints.

If an edgy 14yr old wrote video game fanfiction
The story is a typical wish fulfillment adventure, and while that can be entertaining, having the author be so blatant of a Mary Sue is pretty annoying. With genuinely good writing, you can find yourself immersed in another world. In this book, i found myself often getting frustrated by how immature the characters were written and how oftentimes the author only has one or two words to describe something. Halfway through, the words tough and goon just start make you cringe. There are countless examples I could pull from where I had to stop and ask "you think THIS is good storytelling?"
I recommend downloading the free sample to see if this type of thing is up your alley.

It is better to read the omnibus books than to read each of them separately. The books themselves are too short. I would mark some scenes as clearly rape culture. Otherwise, the books are a fast and easy read with some funny references to fiction fan culture. The book manages the slave topic as part of the mainstream culture. This, altogether with the rape culture could make readers uncomfortable.
