This book is a little dated, yet still interesting and at it's time (1999) wanting to address all the upcoming shifts in the technology world and post-industrial service orientation that we have seen come about. Has some good timeless material to it as well.

I purchase this book 10 years ago and I have let it sleep in my library. A big mistake as there is a lot of great communication idea that can be apply to every day situation in this book. I strongly recommend.
