This book is the one book I recommend to all parents; I downloaded the PDF version (ebook) directly from their website before it became offered in paperback. Allowing your child to discover their body and how to use it naturally helps in so many areas of their lives. Almost every day I am so grateful I read this book and changed my approach to how they discover how to move naturally.
