I just know this guy, thanks to one of my friend's book that he left in my room. OK since it's a graphical book I read it, very fast, because most of it I don't understand so I just skip some unfamiliar sentences.
But I will give 4 stars because now I know this man named George Soros. I learn his biography, his story as speculator, really interesting. I wish I am as brave and knowledgeable as him, who can make speculation and cause mass economic disaster in the world (he made bank of London and some other country bank going bankrupt). That is very awesome I think :D. Some people said it's evil, but somehow I think it's brilliant and he use his brain to conquer the world. Bravo!!! (I like heroic story)

Komik yang ga enak dibaca dan ga enak alur sekuensnya.
Endorse yang ada di cover depan dan belakang mengelabui yang beli buku. Tulisan-tulisan itu bukan testimoni tentang buku tapi tentang George Soros. Agak licik dan manipulatif, tapi ini bisa kita terapkan kalau mau buku laku, Wkwkwkw
Saya tidak tertarik dengan kehebatan George Soros. Menurut saya pialang saham itu seperti judi. Yang dipikirkan hanya keuntungan sendiri dan masa bodoh dengan kerugian orang lain. Jual beli saham cuma permainan uang pindah sana dan pindah sini mengikuti bisnis yang 'menang'. Keberpihakan yang oportunis. Gak suka ah.
Tapi saya perlu mengerti yang beginian. Ya komik ini cuma ngasih debu dari bisnis keuangan dan investasi

A Choppingly, spasticly, in-cohesively, puerilely, and glowingly with an unrelentingly worshipful affection (bordering on idolotry) for all things Soros is exactly what the very fuck is the sprawling mess that is Kaoru Kurotami's, George Soros!
It reads more like a perverted financial hagiography (think in the vein of the North Korean hero worship cult of its Dear Leader) than a proper illustrated biography ought to (or at least what I expected as a sane human being). Instead of a cohesive story with a clear beginning, middle, and end, we are presented with bizzare cut and paste job in which the author tried to cut and paste all the salient facts he gleaned from a cursory reading of the wikipedia article and smooshed them together into what can only be described as the simulacrum(more like a laughable literary humonculus)of the story. Indeed, with such a mere smattering of facts underlying the matter, the characters themselves in the story, aren't living breathing characters- because they don't exist within an organic setting- who handle the normal struggles of life with at least some modicum of emotion- nope they're robotic (is this indicative of the degeneracy that is modern Japanese culture?) automontons who face everything with an eerily disconcerting sunnily stoic demeanor. Everything all works out in this story, there are no real titantic struggles, no emotional paroxysms, just the story of Soros and how he does everything right and basically nothing wrong.
In many respects, this story seems more of a gay love letter from Kauru Kurotami to his secret man crush George Soros. Soros is rarely presented in the story with women rarely, and only within the context of traditional societal obligations (the only important women in the story are his mom, who we see for only a few pages, and his first and second wives who only exist as mere objects for him to marry). On the contrary, men are always presented within an assertive and dominating personality constructions (might I say virile?). Soros only seems to accomplish anything of value with himself and the work of other men alone. Moreover, Soros is presented in the story as a man with an almost perfect Midas touch, sans a few mistakes the author casually presents and then dismisses, who does nothing wrong at all.
This is idolotry Kaoru Kurotami and the lord sayeth in Ezekiel 14:6, "“Therefore say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Repent, turn away from your idols, and turn your faces away from all your abominations," for indeed your punishment will be to be " ...cut him off from the midst of My people. Then you shall know that I am the Lord." For the wages of sin are death Kaoru, and idolotry is one of the greatest crimes against the Lord.
