Classic book by a Swedish economist about how comprehensive Scandinavian style welfare state programs could be extended into full socialism.

Borrowed this book from the Albany Public Library, circa 1991. My time spent traveling across Scandinavia, along with a heavy dose of Garrison Keilor, may have influenced me to read this.
