It's just over 50 pages, 10 of which are photos, but it's the transcript of an interview with him in 1980 about his successes (and failures) so far at that point. As a songwriter and musician, I found it inspiring.

Though Andy does tend to wax a bit obsequious at times, it all makes for a nice retelling of EJ's whole frump-to-fame saga. And even though Elton must've already related this stuff around a million times before, he never seems to get bored by it. And thus we are treated to the disarmingly winsome candor which is him at his best--as well as getting a glimpse throughout of the lifelong fan within.
