A brief but dense introduction into the theology of some of the major players in the English Reformation. It seemed to be a mere survey, but in the final couple chapters on Cartwright/the Puritans and Hooker/the Conformists, O'Donovan really showed her sympathies as a fan of Hooker, and made some jabs at the Puritans and their descendants.
