An informative book on how to improve the maintenance department of any company. Provides detailed step by step conceptual and practical guide, on how to build an effective system that reduces costs and breakdown time, while improves overall machine reliability.

The emphasis is on changing the mindset from seeing maintenance as an investment, and not as a cost. And changing culture from reactive to proactive.
