So much good stuff! I am definitely an accommodator and it is interesting to read how conflict can help creativity thrive and flow. Such good stuff! I did catch a mistake in which the incorrect chapter is referenced... my OCD was full force but that's just my crazy lol. Anyways, that set aside this is book is wonderful! Definitely will be referencing back to this.

My manager at work "requested" that everyone in our group read this book.

I got some valuable lessons and strategies from this book, but I was also left feeling that reading 270 pages of this cheerleader-is writing was quite a high price to pay for those lessons.

I am glad to have read the book, but I did not enjoy it.
