British socialism has a fascinating story. The story was not told very convincingly here. I thought the different ways in which 19th century leaders found socialism was interesting. However, I thought the author was too broad in the descriptions of each type of belief system. I would prefer specifics on what was truly different in the mindsets of the different beliefs.
