Almost an advertisement book. Although initially I was interested to learn more about the concept of Turnkey investing, I quickly became disappointed with this book. Here's why: - It's too vague and general. Good for one chapter maybe, not for a whole book. We keep reading over and over the same things about making an investment plan, sticking with it, building wealth over a few years without ever getting more details on how to proceed or why it makes sense to go this way. - No concrete data, numbers, calculation example. Once again, very vague. Apparently it is enough to wish very hard to succeed, commit to it, find a good turnkey company, and voila! - Talking about Turnkey companies, the author owns one. So he clearly has a personal interest to see more people invest in turnkey solutions. - In one chapter he describes how an investor made a poor choice by working with one of his competitors. This is advertisement in (little) disguise.
So overall, apart from learning about the concept of Turnkey, which anyone can do over a few pages, there's no value in my opinion to read this book.
This book provides a lot of great information on investing in turnkey properties. Great advice to follow as well as the pitfalls. As always you should do your own due diligence to make sure the company you go with fits your investment criteria and is a good solid fit for you.
Excellent introduction to turnkey real estate investing. It covers everything from: - Understanding how to evaluate potential investment - Choosing an investment partner - Self-Reflection regarding your own motivations - Finally how to manage your properties
