It's a challenge to learn exercises from a book, but this Pilates seems to be very well suited to my sixty-something body. Here's to increasing strength and balance in 2019!

Easy step by step instructions, great photos and lots to motivate. I practice Pilates at home when possible and this book is a real aid in terms of clarity of writing, case studies, dealing with specific physical / postural issues. Pilates is a great way to stay strong and injury / pain free, my posture is so much better having followed the techniques described in this book.
