Does what it promises...I guess. Mainly is a very short list of definitions/terms used in Machine Learning. The amount of technical detail is just varies to much from chapter to chapter resulting in a very unbalanced book. Some parts are almost "non-techie" at all, other parts suddenly start blazing new terms around (especially the last few chapter) as if the reader already knows them.
