This is a very good book for those physicians who are contemplating retirement. It covers most of the basics in a simple and thorough way and it helps physicians make the transition more easily. I found the book to be easy to read and quite interesting. The section on locum tenens work is valuable and is certainly a good steppingstone to full retirement. Dr. Fossett covers it quite well, as he has personal experience with this approach to his own retirement. I can recommend the book enthusiastically.
