Hello...

I'm a psychologist and author who puzzles in fiction and non - fiction about influences on human nature...

I've written lots about psychology at work, and now I write non-fiction about creating content online, like Your Blog Voice...

Especially interested in psychology and creativity.

And the gritty modern fiction I write, like The Gritties, is raunchy, down-to-earth, action-packed and funny

This is a tiny little book about dealing with stress and pressure. You'll learn a few things, but not very much. Still, it's a good reminder and helped me realize that I am trying to do all the right things.
