Arthritic's Cookbook
Updated and expanded for this trade paper edition, this groundbreaking book challenges the Western contention that there is no diet proven to provide true relief for arthritis sufferers. Here is a diet that has worked for the Chinese for 6,000 years, using only three ingredients--seafood, vegetables, and rice. The book features 300 recipes that are inexpensive and easy to prepare.

February 24, 2020I have spent over 40 years arthritis free because of this book. Follow it's food lists. It is a diet that will help with all forms of pain related issues. Even now in my 70's I have no aches and pains of aging, have never had a joint replacement, and no ongoing arthritic problems from two months after starting to use this book as my base of treatment in 1980. Yes in my life "The Arthritics Cookbook" is directly responsible for decades of quality life instead of constant ongoing pain and deformity.
