Paula Cox delivered with this page turner! Quinn and Maya are forced together as bodyguard and client. The chemistry is undeniable, but they fight the attraction. The story moves quickly, has a couple of interesting twists, and is overall a great read. Read for free with your KU subscription.

Quinn is hired by the mob boss to guard his daughter Maya. During their time together sparks fly and they get closer than either of them thought. This author has a well written book with well developed characters and as always a great storyline full of drama, action and love. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

Quinn gets more than he bargained for when he takes a job to watch Maya. These to discover the truth of each other and try to overcome the chaos they both have. This book is full of love, doubt and family. This is my honest review for a book I volunteer to read
