Like the offerings of Paul Bonat, this is an expose of the mostly somnambulant concrete stuff that cause Moore and Venturi to rebel with flaccid stud and plaster walls riddled with arches.
However, as I'm increasingly seeing similar proposals (with perhaps a more complex distribution of materials), I would assume that a book like this might be increasingly referred to. If anything, maybe one can pluck a now-obscure practitioner from these pages and make a Phd dissertation.
